The Underground Station

Beneath the surface, something new is taking shape. The underground station is currently in development, and it’s one of those scenes most people miss at first glance. Hidden just out of view, it quietly adds another layer to the layout.
Rocks are piled up, workers are in position, and machinery is set as if the job is still in full swing. Those who do spot it often pause a little longer, taking in the details and following the scene - almost expecting something to move at any moment.
It has that feeling of a place mid-build: not quite complete, but already full of life. And with everything happening below the surface, it hints at a bigger system still developing beyond what you immediately see.
You could even say it’s a small glimpse of Dublin’s future Metro Link - already taking shape, just a little ahead of schedule.
Once construction is complete, the view will change - so if you want to witness it as it is now, take a closer look. Construction is part of the fun too.
Follow the journey.
